The Get-Invited Script Pack

0 of 6 steps done

Growing a list isn't a content problem — it's a room-access problem. You already know your ideal client, your message, your offer. What's missing is the door: the invitation into the summits, giveaways, and collaborative promotions where right-fit people actually find you. This isn't another framework to think through. It's six scripts — word-for-word, ready to send — for the exact conversations that get you invited before your list is 'big enough,' and that turn every new subscriber into a tribe member who trusts you fast. Copy the script, personalize the brackets, send it.

The 'What I Bring Instead of List Size' Pitch

Send this to a summit or giveaway host you want in with: "Hi [Host Name], I know [Summit/Giveaway Name] gets inbound from people who lead with list size — so let me lead with something else. I work with [your ideal client], and my strength is [your real differentiator: engagement rate, niche depth, content quality, testimonials]. Here's what I'll commit to the promotion: [specific: 3 dedicated emails / 5 social posts / a live training for attendees] plus [a resource made just for their audience]. Open to 10 minutes this week to see if there's a fit?"

The Value-Trade Reply (When They Say 'We Need a Bigger List')

Keep this ready for the objection you'll hear most: "Totally understand — list size is usually the first filter. Here's what I can offer in place of raw numbers: [specific trade — dedicated content, cross-promotion to my audience, a bonus training exclusive to your people]. My engagement rate on [platform] is [X%], and I'll commit to [specific promo actions] regardless of the outcome. Would a smaller first step — like a guest spot in [smaller channel] — make sense to prove fit before the bigger promotion?"

The Instant-Trust Welcome (Attract)

This is the first message a new lead gets — send it within minutes of opt-in, not days later: "Hi [First Name], welcome — I'm glad you're here. You just joined [Giveaway/Summit Name], and I wanted to say hi before you get lost in a sea of resources. I'm [Your Name], and I help [ideal client] with [core outcome]. One thing that might help right now: [one specific, immediately useful tip]. Reply and tell me — what's the #1 thing you're working on right now? I read every reply."

The Community Invitation (Connect)

Send this 24–48 hours after opt-in, while the connection is still fresh: "Hey [First Name] — following up because I want to invite you somewhere, not sell you something. I run [Community Name], a space for [ideal client] who are [shared goal]. It's where I show up live and answer questions, and where you'll meet others doing the same work. No pitch waiting for you inside — just come say hello: [link]. See you in there?"

The Warm Discovery Opener (Transform)

Use this on the leads showing real engagement — opens, replies, event attendance: "Hi [First Name] — I noticed you [specific engagement signal], and I wanted to reach out directly. Can I ask — what's the biggest thing standing between you and [the outcome you help people reach] right now? No pitch in this message. I just want to understand where you're at, and if it makes sense, I'll point you to the right next step — even if that's not working with me."

The 30-Day Momentum Follow-Up (After the Giveaway Ends)

Send this within 3 days of any promotion closing, so the relationship doesn't end when the event does: "Hi [First Name] — [Giveaway/Summit Name] wrapped up, but I didn't want our connection to end when the promotion did. Over the next few weeks I'll be sharing [specific value — a training, a series, a resource] here, because one gift rarely gets you all the way to [the outcome you help people reach]. If you'd like to go deeper sooner, [specific low-friction next step]."

These six scripts aren't a content calendar — they're the conversations that turn a gift giveaway from a one-time spike into a system that consistently grows your tribe. Personalize the brackets, send them this week, and watch what happens when the room finally opens.
